These Terms & Conditions apply to the OstaraSoma prize draw being promoted in
connection with the Mind Body Soul Experience 2026.
By entering the prize draw, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The prize is intended for the winner's personal use and cannot be entered on behalf of another
person.How to Enter
To enter, complete the designated OstaraSoma prize draw form via the OstaraSoma website.
Entries must include a valid name and email address so that the winner can be contacted.
The prize draw opens on Friday 16 th October 2026 and closes at 12:00 on Monday 19 th
October 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
OstaraSoma accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost or not successfully
submitted because of technical problems outside its reasonable control.The Prize
One winner will receive a 1:1 somatic therapy package with Tatiana Vera Ostara of
OstaraSoma.
The winner may choose one of the following:
Option A — Online
10 × 60-minute individual online somatic therapy sessions.
OR
Option B — In Person
5 × 60-minute individual in-person somatic therapy sessions in London.
The winner must choose either the online or in-person package. The two options cannot be
combined or exchanged for individual sessions from each package.
The prize is personal to the winner, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or
another service.
Travel, accommodation and any other costs associated with attending in-person sessions in
London are not included.
4. Therapy Suitability
Winning the prize does not automatically establish a therapeutic relationship or guarantee that
somatic therapy with OstaraSoma will be suitable for the winner.
Before sessions begin, the winner will complete OstaraSoma's usual onboarding and
informed-consent process. This may include an introductory conversation, intake
information, practice policies and therapeutic contracting.
Somatic therapy offered through OstaraSoma is not a medical, psychiatric or crisis service
and does not replace appropriate medical or mental health care.
Therapy will only proceed where the work is considered appropriate and within Tatiana's
professional scope of practice.
If, following the initial suitability process, Tatiana determines that she is unable to work
safely or appropriately with the winner, the therapeutic package will not proceed. Where
appropriate, signposting to alternative support may be offered.
5. Using the Prize
The winner must make initial contact to arrange their sessions within 60-days of accepting
the prize.
All sessions must be used within 12-months of the first session.
Sessions are subject to availability and OstaraSoma's usual practice policies.
For prize sessions, the usual cancellation periods apply:
Online sessions: at least 24 hours' notice
In-person sessions: at least 48 hours' notice
A session cancelled with less than the required notice, or a missed appointment without
notice, may be treated as one of the sessions included within the prize.
Selecting the Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place on or by Monday 26 th October 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied when entering.
The winner must respond within 14 days of the notification.
If the winner does not respond within this period, declines the prize, is ineligible, or cannot
be contacted using the information provided, OstaraSoma reserves the right to select another
winner at random from the remaining valid entries.Newsletter & Marketing Communications
Entering the prize draw does not automatically subscribe you to OstaraSoma marketing
communications.
When entering, you may separately choose to receive occasional emails from OstaraSoma,
including useful wellbeing resources, London events and workshops, books and podcasts,
free online and in-person offerings, and occasional OstaraSoma news.
Joining the mailing list is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning the prize
draw.
If you choose to join the mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe
link in an email or by contacting hello@ostarasoma.com.Personal Data
Personal information submitted to enter the prize draw will be used to administer the
promotion, verify entries, select and contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
Information will be handled in accordance with OstaraSoma's Privacy Policy and applicable
UK data protection law.
Where an entrant separately consents to receiving OstaraSoma marketing emails, their
contact details may also be retained and used for that purpose until they unsubscribe or
withdraw their consent.
Prize draw entrants who do not opt in to marketing will not be added to the OstaraSoma
marketing mailing list.Changes or Cancellation
OstaraSoma reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where
circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes will be made fairly and communicated where reasonably possible.
10. General
OstaraSoma reserves the right to reject entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete or
otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
OstaraSoma's decision regarding the administration of the prize draw and selection of the
winner is final, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
